2700 Dufferin Street introduces a thoughtfully designed mixed-use development to Toronto’s Briar Hill neighbourhood. Designed by WZMH for State Building Group, the project is composed of a series of stepped residential towers ranging from three to twenty-five storeys, integrating residential, employment, and retail uses. The massing responds to its urban context while activating the public realm and frontage with an abundance of informal gathering spaces, recreation, and prominent landscape corridors. Together, the contemporary landscape and curved architectural form reinforce a vibrant, mixed-use destination within the City.
